ATOS Data Collection Tools

The data collection tools consist of the documents for performing an Element Performance Inspection (EPI) and a Safety Attribute Inspection (SAI).

These tools are available in three formats:

• PDF, for viewing and printing
• Word, so that operators' information may be inserted
• XML, for importing into a database or spreadsheet

Download EPIs and SAIs Note: Changes to regulations and guidance have impacted the ATOS SAI and EPI Data Collection Tools (DCT). Examples of changes include new hazardous materials regulations and revised de-icing holdover tables. However, modifying the DCTs to conform to these changes has been postponed due to other Flight Standards Service commitments. These commitments include the re-engineering of ATOS business processes and the transition of all remaining 14 CFR Part 121 certification and surveillance to ATOS. Until revised DCTs are available, FAA will provide notification of regulatory and advisory materials that impact DCT questions.
