Please read through the following information so that if trouble does occur, you will be familiar with potential solutions.

Are you using the correct URL?
The URL is https://diws1.cami.jccbi.gov/

Can your browser connect with other remote sites?
If you can connect right now with other remote sites, but cannot connect with any AMCS server, then the problem may be a difficulty with our network or with some other system in CAMI. Remember that external problems may affect us such as power outages. Also, systems may need to be taken down for maintenance and upgrades, though this is rare without an announcement to users first go to http://www.faa.gov and hit the reload or refresh button. If you can connect to this site, but not the AMCS servers, we want to know. Call and report the problem. Most hardware problems will be fixed within a few hours.

I can't remember my password for:
Restricted AMCS/DIWS Web Site--Contact AMCS Support advising them that you cannot access the AMCS/DIWS web site. A new password will be generated and mailed back to you.

Your Internet access--AMCS does not provide users with Internet access outside of FAA. Your access to the WWW from off-site is provided by your Internet Service Provider (ISP). If you can't remember your password for your Internet connection, you must contact your ISP.
