Reservations
- Reservations must be made by November 10, 2008, in order to guarantee this rate.
- Reservations received after 5pm (ET) November 10, 2008, will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis.
- To make your hotel reservations, call the hotel directly at 1-202-234-0700, and identify yourself as part of the FAA Safety Forum group.
- All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid major credit card, which will be supplied at the time of reservation.
- Cancellation of guaranteed reservations must be received 72 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid a charge equal to one night room and tax.
- Guests wishing to avoid an early checkout fee in the amount equal to one night room and tax should advise the Omni Shoreham Hotel at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay.
Check In/Out Time
- The Omni Shorham Hotel check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 p.m. All guests arriving before 3:00 p.m. will be accommodated as rooms become available. Guest Services staff can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on departure day.
Parking
- For those that choose to park in the hotel parking facility there is a charge for both self and valet parking. The current self-parking rate is $23 plus tax per vehicle, per night. The current overnight valet rate is $28 plus tax.
