How to Enroll in an Aviation Training Network (ATN) Broadcast

If you are not an AIR employee and want to attend a broadcast, you must request to enroll through the AIR Training Manager (ATM) in the directorate nearest to you. The number of spaces are usually limited due to seating capacity, and not all broadcasts are open to non-AIR employees. If you are approved to attend, make special arrangements through the ATM for admittance to FAA facilities.

If you are an AIR employee, you must enroll through the AIR Training Manager (ATM) in your directorate to attend an Aviation Training Network broadcast. Your AIR Training Managers receive notification of training broadcasts and will send you an announcement if you are part of the broadcast target population.

Many broadcasts are considered training events and have been assigned course numbers. The live broadcasts have been assigned course numbers in the range of 62800-62899. If you log in through a keypad with your assigned code or fax an attendance roster to the Aviation Training Network studio, you will be given credit in your training history for attending the course. A broadcast without a course number is considered a briefing and your attendance is not recorded in your training history.
