Those who have previously attended our conference should receive a registration flyer in the mail in May of 2008. Conference registration may also be accomplished as follows:

Note: Please do not mail conference registration forms to the FAA.
Advance Registration
In order to assist us in providing the best service to you, we request that participants pre-register for this event.
Payment Policy
All registrants must complete a registration form and send full payment for registration to be considered complete. Registrations cannot be accepted over the phone and registrations without payment will not be processed.
Checks, money orders or credit card payments (Visa and/or MasterCard) are acceptable.
NOTE: Checks and/or money orders should be made payable to "The Main Event". Do NOT make checks out to the FAA or the Airports Conference.
Substitutions
Your organization may wish to send someone else in place of the original registered person. Please fax substitutuion information to (816)795-6686 if it is known prior to the Conference start .
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be by written notice to The Main Event. Refund liability limited to return of registration fee.
