The FAA Offices of Safety Services and Airport Safety and Standards---in partnership with AAAE, ACC, ACI-NA, and NASAO---announce the 2007-2008 Airport Design Competition for Universities.

This competition gives students at U.S. colleges and universities an opportunity to address technical challenges in the areas of Airport Operation and Maintenance; Runway Safety/Runway Incursions; and Airport Environmental Interactions. The competition runs until April 18, 2008; top winners will win cash awards.
