The Airport Capital Improvement Plan (ACIP) is a planning tool for identifying critical development and associated capital needs for the National Airspace System. It also serves as the basis for the distribution of grant funds under the Airport Improvement Program (AIP).

ACIP Data Sheet

A data sheet is needed for each work item listed on the sponsor's ACIP for the current and next fiscal year. The sheet must include -

  • Name of the airport
  • Local priority of the requested work
  • Work item description.

Contact the State Airport Planner responsible for your state for a list of the fiscal years they are working on.
