Leadership and Management Training

The CMEL staff is an extraordinary cadre of highly trained and experienced Instructor/Facilitators and Curriculum Developers. Their special expertise allows CMEL to provide exceptional leadership training for every level of FAA management and its administration executives. In addition, other government agencies can improve their organizational operation through fee-for-service or franchise partnerships, gaining the benefit of our many years of experience.

Our instructional personnel are able to address the diverse needs of a wide variety of organizations through credentials that include:

  • Master or Doctorate degree in a field relevant to leadership training
  • Experience in adult learning processes
  • Extensive hands-on performance in government or corporate supervisory or management position
  • Unique familiarity with all levels of the public sector workplace
  • Expansive experience and knowledge of the challenges and systems of the Federal Aviation Administration and public sector organizations

CMEL's training curriculum consists of an array of courses for essential non-technical training for agency managers, supervisors, and team leaders. The courses and workshops are clustered into four focused areas of instruction that relate to skills needed to perform successfully in the managerial role.
