Skills Assessment and Feedback Survey

Using the 20/20 Insight software as a base, CMEL has developed a customized Multi-Rater Feedback Assessment to reflect the unique challenges and skills required of today’s Federal managers and executives. These products include the full array of sixteen competencies and their associated sets of behaviors as identified and validated by the FAA’s Managerial Workforce Planning Council. The assessments are used as precourse assignments in many scheduled courses and are also available through a fee-for-service (FFS) partnership arrangement.

The web-based assessment features a process that focuses on its end-result – effective feedback – yet never loses sight of user-friendliness as its top criteria. The projects include:
