Easy Steps Checklist

The Center for Management and Executive Leadership has developed a simplified business inquiry process that is based on our extensive experience in working with public-sector clientele. There are four easy steps to follow in initiating a partnership with CMEL and ensuring that your organization gets the leadership training they need.

1. Develop
In a short telephone call or email message, our professional staff can assist you in determining if the CMEL product line holds the solution to your training needs.

2. Discuss
Together, we explore the requirements and desired outcomes of your project and determine CMEL’s ability to deliver effective solutions, helping you prepare a summary statement of work (SOW).

3. Design
CMEL responds to your SOW with a complete cost estimate for your work request. Upon approval, organizations foward an appropriation code for funds transfer to the CMEL account and initiate a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).

4. Deliver
The training event is scheduled and delivery is set for the date and place that is convenient for your group.
